There is not much to say about baking bread other than this: I always wanted to do it myself at home. Not as a job, or a carrier, but to learn how to work with hands and taste the outcome. To experiment. To eat healthier. To remind myself the smell and taste of my childhood.
Full receipt is at the bottom of this post (link to an instruction video). In this bread I have used instant yeast, as I don’t have my own Starter yet. I plan to make one and practice this wonderful skill of baking bread for years to come.
