I think everyone should read this book.

We are living in a stressful times, where constant noise, blinding artificial lights and overwhelming stories of drama from all over the world have become a common part of everyday life. Pressure at work, overtimes, financial struggles, existential doubts, health issues, disobedient children, struggles in relationships – these are just few major examples of things that make us stressed every day, but there are also countless little ones which we don’t even realise that they have a negative impact on us.

In this book author is clearly describing the issues, big and small, and the ways of dealing with them. Sometimes we cannot avoid getting into a challenging situation, but we can prepare our self beforehand, as well as reduce the impact after the fact.
